WHERE DO ORDERS SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped from Indiana in the United States of America.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
IMPORTANT: Due to the current pandemic COVID-19 and restrictions implemented by federal regulations, long delays should be expected for all packages. If you have any questions, please email me at email@example.com.
Please allow 2-5 business days for me to pack your order. For domestic orders (USA), you will receive a tracking number, and it will normally be in transit for 3-8 business days. International orders may take anywhere from 10-40 business days due to customs processes, delays in postal systems, etc. Please be patient and respectful of postal workers!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
I cannot offer returns at this time. All items are hand-inspected for quality and should arrive as expected. If your item is damaged during shipment, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT IS A "SECONDS" PIN AND WHY IS IT CHEAPER THAN THE STANDARD LISTING?
Not all pins are winners, some of them finish in 2nd place ;) Seconds grade pins are less-than-perfect and have some kind of flaw (although they are still very wearable and great in a pin collection). These pins do not meet my personal standards for what was expected of the product. By purchasing a seconds grade pin, you are agreeing that you understand that the discounted pin may include one or more of the following flaws: scratches, missing enamel, unfinished areas, under-filled enamel, misplaced colors, etc.
